💼 About This Role

You'll support day-to-day community management across social platforms, engaging with fans and creators in real time. You'll help e.l.f. stay culturally relevant and deeply connected to its audience through rapid-response engagement and trend spotting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage with community by liking, commenting, and responding on social platforms
• Coordinate fan outreach and product seeding from LA offices
• Pull weekly community insights and performance metrics for reporting
• Share weekly updates on trending conversations and feedback

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Must be a sophomore or junior in college
• Must be based in the Los Angeles area and available in-office 2–3 days/week
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms
