🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for high-impact roles across multiple functions
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and build hiring strategies
• Design sourcing frameworks and execute proactive outreach and talent mapping
• Conduct recruiter screens using advanced assessment techniques

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven track record of hiring high-performing talent across multiple functions and levels
• Strong experience with structured interviewing and candidate assessment
• Ability to influence hiring stakeholders and navigate complex negotiations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ADP, Greenhouse, GEM, or Google Suite
• Background in creative or tech industries
