Description

As a Distribution Sales Enablement Analyst, you will partner with the Private Wealth team to plan and optimize conferences, events, and marketing initiatives that support advisor engagement and distribution goals. You'll own the external event strategy, lead cross-functional coordination, and ensure consistent, quality execution that enables sales teams to focus on growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-5+ years in sales enablement, distribution support, marketing operations, or events
• Proven collaboration and communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Willingness to travel for distribution events

Responsibilities

• Lead key initiatives supporting Private Wealth distribution objectives
• Own external conference and event strategy and execution
• Serve as strategic partner to Sales leadership for event alignment
• Collaborate with Marketing on messaging and collateral
• Manage end-to-end conference logistics and vendor relationships
