You will train the next generation of aircraft technicians by delivering an FAA-aligned curriculum through hands-on instruction. Your role involves creating a supportive classroom environment, mentoring students, and ensuring they gain the skills needed for aviation careers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred
• At least 3 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience
• Strong command of aircraft maintenance systems and procedures
• Commitment to continuous learning

Responsibilities

• Teach FAA-aligned curriculum in a positive classroom environment
• Support development and revision of course materials
• Record accurate attendance, grades, and evaluations
• Notify leadership of emerging concerns affecting student performance
• Participate in training and classroom observations
