📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, or technical support
• Expertise in diagnosing complex technical issues across integrations and APIs
• Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to executives
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders
