You will estimate costs for metal fabrication projects, develop pricing strategies, manage bids, and maintain client relationships. This is a key role in driving business growth at Métal Méroc.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in estimation within the metal fabrication industry
• Ability to read and understand technical plans
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Methodical, organized, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Participate in business development and client relationship management, including negotiations
• Estimate all costs: materials, labor, subcontracting, equipment, and installation
• Develop pricing strategies aligned with margins and market requirements (private and BSDQ)
• Use bidding platforms (SEAO, BSDQ) and ensure rigorous follow-up on proposals
• Manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
