🎯 What You'll Do

• Triage and resolve customer issues across SDKs and APIs
• Debug integrations across web, mobile, and backend
• Identify, reproduce, and document bugs with engineering
• Create and maintain example code and troubleshooting guides

📋 Requirements

• 2–6 years in technical support or software engineering
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and React
• Experience debugging APIs (REST, JSON, auth)
• Clear empathetic written and verbal communication

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting developer tools or SDKs
• Prior crypto, fintech, or security customer-facing role
• Familiarity with observability tools like Grafana or Sentry
