You'll lead a team of Enterprise Support Associates, delivering high-touch technical support for Qualtrics' largest clients. Your core impact will be driving customer obsession and operational excellence. This role is a Skillbridge internship for active-duty military exiting within 12 months.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead a team of Enterprise Support specialists
- Provide coaching and mentorship to guide career development
- Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and customer obsession
- Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to improve customer experience
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or completion by military exit date
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams to measurable results
- Analytical/problem-solving skills with a history of driving impact
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with enterprise support or customer success
- Knowledge of Qualtrics XM Platform or similar survey tools
- Experience in a high-growth or SaaS organization
