You'll lead a team of Enterprise Support Associates, delivering high-touch technical support for Qualtrics' largest clients. Your core impact will be driving customer obsession and operational excellence. This role is a Skillbridge internship for active-duty military exiting within 12 months.

  • Bachelor's degree or completion by military exit date
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams to measurable results
  • Analytical/problem-solving skills with a history of driving impact

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with enterprise support or customer success
  • Knowledge of Qualtrics XM Platform or similar survey tools
  • Experience in a high-growth or SaaS organization
