🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of implementation managers and coordinators.
• Continuously improve implementation process flow and efficiency.
• Define and maintain Salesforce data requirements for task tracking.
• Drive selection and deployment of new implementation technologies.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in benefits industry account management or implementations.
• Previous experience leading and coaching a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Obsession with hitting deadlines and delivering on time.
