💼 About This Role

You'll join Insomnia Cookies as a Store Manager in Training at our Columbus location, leading a fun team in a rapidly growing company. You'll oversee daily operations, train and coach team members, and ensure exceptional customer service. It's a fast-paced, hospitality-focused role with growth opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts.
• Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members.
• Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.
• Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires.
• Support ordering, inventory control and scheduling.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail.
• Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff.
• Prior Point of Sale (POS) systems experience.
• Ability to utilize MS Office, Word and Applicant Tracking System.

✨ Nice to Have

• Availability to work mid-to-late shifts Thursday through Sunday.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
