You'll lead product design for a fintech platform that empowers business-of-one. You'll own end-to-end design projects and shape the user experience for a rapidly growing product. This role offers a ground-floor opportunity in a design-driven company with significant impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Understand customer needs and business objectives to design paradigm-changing experiences.
• Establish high bar for visual polish and intuitive interaction patterns.
• Pioneer integration of AI tools and generative design techniques.
• Ideate, design, launch, and improve products to advance the mission.

📋 Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience as a Product Designer
• Demonstrated impact on product strategy and customer experience in Fintech or Consumer Tech.
• Outstanding UX capabilities and strong visual design competency.
• Experience with a high bar for visual polish and intuitive design patterns.
