🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead the people analytics and innovation strategy
• Design and deploy AI-powered tools using Python, SQL, and ML/LLM
• Build predictive models for workforce planning and retention
• Create executive dashboards and data visualizations
• Lead enterprise survey and feedback programs

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in people analytics or HR data science
• 3+ years leading analytics teams
• Hands-on expertise in Python and SQL
• Experience building AI/ML solutions end-to-end

• Advanced degree in quantitative field
• Experience with Workday, Tableau, or Snowflake
