💼 About This Role

You'll own detection engineering and cloud security for a well-funded startup serving industrial automation. You'll build and tune detection pipelines, secure AWS environments, architect identity and access management, and automate security workflows. This role offers high autonomy and impact across the full security program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and tune detection pipelines and alerting.
• Run incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Secure AWS environment with IAM, network segmentation, and container security.
• Architect identity infrastructure and automate access lifecycle.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in security engineering.
• Strong detection engineering skills with SIEM rules and real alerts.
• Deep AWS security architecture knowledge (IAM, VPC, multi-account).
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code for security (Terraform, policies).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CrowdStrike Falcon or Datadog Security Monitoring.
• Terraform module development and policy-as-code (OPA, Sentinel).
• Familiarity with fleet management tools (FleetDM, osquery, Jamf, Intune).
