💼 About This Role

You'll lead Product-Led Growth initiatives for the Growth Tribe, impacting MRR, NMRR, and ARR through activation and expansion improvements. Your role combines deep analytical skills with SaaS business acumen to drive revenue and customer value. You'll also identify AI applications to accelerate Growth outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Impact MRR, NMRR, and ARR through activation and expansion initiatives.
• Reduce churn and improve MRR Churn, increasing customer retention.
• Improve Activation Rate and Time-to-Value, accelerating user activation.
• Lead the PLG roadmap aligned with stakeholders, updated each cycle.
• Build and maintain product intelligence dashboards for PMs and leadership.

📋 Requirements

• SaaS metrics knowledge: MRR, NMRR, ARR, Churn Rate, MRR Churn, CAC, LTV.
• Product management experience: roadmap, discovery, prioritization.
• Analytical reasoning to navigate large datasets and make evidence-based decisions.
• Leadership and influence without formal authority.

✨ Nice to Have

• Product-Led Growth (PLG) knowledge: growth loops, self-service, free trials.
• Experience with feature flags and experimentation tools (LaunchDarkly, Optimizely).
• Design Thinking and UX Research skills for discovery sessions.
