You'll own the end-to-end home journey from inspection to move-in, coordinating contractors and schedules for a fast-growing real estate startup. Your work ensures homes meet quality standards and timelines are met. You'll drive revenue execution by comparing quotes and pushing work to completion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate inspections, repairs, cleaning, photography, and listing workflows.
• Translate inspection notes into actionable punch lists and work orders.
• Schedule and manage contractors to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct pre- and post-repair quality assurance checks.

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years in startup operations or fast-paced execution role.
• Fluent English and Spanish (local Buenos Aires market).
• Proven ability to manage multiple vendor relationships and schedules.
