Description
You will design, implement, and manage global Total Rewards programs including compensation, benefits, mobility, recognition, and wellbeing. You'll partner across HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure programs are scalable, consistent, and aligned with company strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Total Rewards design and program management
- Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, mobility, recognition, and wellbeing programs
- Ability to translate strategic priorities into scalable programs and frameworks
- Experience with governance, documentation, and cross-functional alignment
- Global experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Design and build global Total Rewards programs, frameworks, and operating models
- Define program requirements, workflows, governance, and supporting documentation
- Establish clear ownership, decision-making structures, and cross-functional alignment
- Lead end-to-end implementation of global TR programs including compensation cycles, market benchmarking, benefits renewals, equity processes, and M&A integration support
- Partner with HRBPs, People Services, Finance, Legal, and business leaders
