You'll serve as the commercial bridge between growth goals and FCA regulatory requirements for a consumer EV leasing business. You'll own product governance, solve edge-case customer issues, and help teams build compliant, customer-centric products. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own consumer product commercial guardrails and compliance
• Resolve edge-case customer issues and build automation
• Advise Marketing and Sales on FCA-related questions
• Launch new features via fast, compliant product governance

📋 Requirements

• Experience in a UK-regulated consumer finance environment
• Ability to jump between legal review, data analysis, and training
• Tech-first approach with preference for automation and AI workflows
• Effective communication of complex rules into simple instructions

• Fintech or startup experience
• Knowledge of Consumer Duty and TCF principles
