You'll architect and build core platform capabilities for FloQast's AI-native accounting platform. Your decisions will influence the entire application ecosystem and accelerate innovation across products. You'll work closely with Product and Design to shape the roadmap while mentoring senior engineers and driving step-function impact.

• Design and deliver core platform capabilities for FloQast applications
• Own critical technical decisions that shape platform direction
• Partner with Product and Design to shape the roadmap
• Mentor senior engineers and elevate technical depth across the org

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years building and shipping complex software systems
• Proven track record driving large-scale technical initiatives end-to-end
• Deep expertise across modern backend stacks: Go, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS
• Strong API design and platform thinking

✨ Nice to Have

• Fintech, accounting, or enterprise SaaS experience
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting workflows
• Background in workflow automation platforms
