You'll analyze and audit aircraft maintenance records for FAA compliance, supporting the Allegiant fleet. Your work ensures accurate tracking of life-limited parts and airworthiness directives in TRAX eMRO and Flydocs. No visa sponsorship is available.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Audit and reconcile aircraft maintenance records.
• Monitor TRAX eMRO and Flydocs for compliance deadlines.
• Resolve paperwork discrepancies with Maintenance, Materials, Engineering.
• Prepare records packages for internal and regulatory requests.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of aviation records or data entry experience.
• Proficiency in TRAX eMRO, Flydocs, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations (FARs) and maintenance manuals.

✨ Nice to Have

• Associate's degree or higher.
• ATA coding familiarity.
