💼 About This Role

You'll own the data platform end-to-end, architecting a Medallion architecture from raw ingestion to business-ready models. You'll be the technical anchor for data infrastructure, partnering with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to surface insights that drive real decisions. This is a greenfield opportunity to shape how data becomes a first-class citizen across a scaling company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and implementation of Medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Develop robust data models and standardized metrics.
• Design and maintain end-to-end data pipelines using Fivetran and dbt.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years as Senior Analytics Engineer or Senior Data Engineer.
• Expert-level knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Expert-level knowledge of Snowflake, Azure, Fivetran, and dbt.
• Proven experience designing Medallion architecture.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on expertise with orchestration frameworks like Airflow or Prefect.
• Experience building ELT/ETL workflows and integrating APIs.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
