🎯 What You'll Do

• Source candidates via social media, Indeed, and Carvana website
• Conduct in-depth phone screenings and interviews
• Provide resumes and screening notes for hiring managers

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle high-volume recruiting experience
• Experience using recruiting applications like Greenhouse or Tenstreet
• Ability to work with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies
• Operate with a sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy
