You'll own the global physical security systems portfolio across EdgeConneX's data center fleet, driving architecture and multi-year roadmaps. Your core impact: aligning physical security with technology strategy while ensuring day-to-day operational excellence. This role offers deep hands-on expertise with LenelS2/OnGuard and ExacqVision in a fast-paced, global environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop target architecture and multi-year roadmap for physical security systems
• Manage day-to-day operation of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection
• Serve as technical SME for LenelS2/OnGuard, ExacqVision, and adjacent platforms
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance across global fleet

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years managing enterprise physical security systems globally
• Deep expertise with LenelS2/OnGuard and ExacqVision platforms
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IS, or security management or equivalent experience
• Experience leading architecture and roadmap for security or critical infrastructure platforms

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in data centers, critical infrastructure, or telecommunications
• Familiarity with EN 50600, PCI DSS, SOC 2, and ISO 27001
• Working knowledge of networking, server infrastructure, and cybersecurity
