You'll serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers using an AI-native security platform, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption. You'll proactively identify risks, resolve complex issues, and drive maximum platform value. This role combines cybersecurity expertise with customer success in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Act as primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams
- Lead customer onboarding and ensure smooth deployment of cybersecurity solutions
- Conduct proactive health checks and best-practice training sessions
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues with clear action plans
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in Technical Support, Customer Success, or TAM in SaaS/cybersecurity
- Experience with Windows Server environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, cloud, and IT infrastructure
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills

- Familiarity with scripting (e.g., Python) and APIs
- CISSP or ITIL certifications
