You'll serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers using an AI-native security platform, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption. You'll proactively identify risks, resolve complex issues, and drive maximum platform value. This role combines cybersecurity expertise with customer success in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

  • Act as primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams
  • Lead customer onboarding and ensure smooth deployment of cybersecurity solutions
  • Conduct proactive health checks and best-practice training sessions
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues with clear action plans

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years in Technical Support, Customer Success, or TAM in SaaS/cybersecurity
  • Experience with Windows Server environments
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security, cloud, and IT infrastructure
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
