You'll design and maintain ETL data engineering processes using Python (PySpark) and Azure Synapse Analytics. You will build scalable data pipelines for a software consultancy that values collaboration and continuous learning.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using Python (PySpark) and Azure Synapse.
• Design data warehouse structures using star schemas and MPP SQL Pool.
• Extract data from REST APIs, SQL databases, and CSV files.
• Implement data quality checks and optimize pipeline performance.
• Monitor ETL jobs, diagnose issues, and ensure pipeline reliability.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience with Python (PySpark) for ETL from APIs, SQL, and CSV files.
• Proficiency in Azure Synapse Analytics including Notebooks, Pipelines, Linked Services, and Key Vault.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries and work with SparkSQL and MS SQL.
• Experience with version control systems like Git (Azure DevOps).
