Description

You will oversee daily field operations across multiple projects in Texas, ensuring Site Operations Leads and technicians are supported and aligned with IEM's operational, safety, and customer service expectations. You'll coordinate workforce planning, drive schedule adherence, resolve complex project challenges, and maintain communication between field teams, clients, and leadership to support successful commissioning and project delivery.
