You'll meet with homeowners to demonstrate Mad City Windows & Baths products and provide estimates. Your work directly drives uncapped earnings with average reps making $200k-$300k/yr. All leads are pre-set and pre-qualified, so no cold-calling needed.

📋 Requirements

• Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments
• In-Home Sales or Outside Sales experience preferred
• Self-motivation and results orientation
• Tennessee State Salesperson license must be obtained prior to employment
