💼 About This Role

You'll define and build the Corporate Security capability at Sierra, a platform for AI-powered customer experiences. You'll own the risk register, secure SaaS integrations, and enforce controls via automation. This founding role shapes security from the ground up at a high-growth company backed by industry leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and build the Corporate Security capability and operating model
• Own the centralized risk register and drive remediation across SaaS, endpoints, identity
• Secure SaaS integration landscape by auditing OAuth, Slack, and third-party connections
• Design and implement enforcement systems for continuous control and monitoring

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience in corporate security or security engineering with program-building track record
• Strong technical depth across identity and access management, SaaS security, endpoint management, DLP, network security, detection and response
• Demonstrated ability to build tooling and automation that enforce controls
• Experience working within or alongside IT organizations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with macOS-heavy environments managed through Jamf Pro or Fleet
• Familiarity with OAuth governance, Slack integration management, or SSPM tooling
• Experience building toward Zero Trust architecture or implementing DLP at a growth-stage company
