Description

You will design and develop realistic military scenarios for wargaming and briefing in XR, working with a creative director and subject matter experts to ensure authenticity and stakeholder needs. You'll shape how future defense scenarios are visualized and understood.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Interactive Media, or equivalent
• 5+ years professional experience in level/scenario/mission design for games or simulations
• Strong portfolio demonstrating scenario/mission/level design work
• Excellent communication skills for clear design specifications
• Analytical skills for scenario balancing and iterative design

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging military scenarios for XR headsets
• Create detailed scenario documentation including objectives, conditions, and force compositions
• Collaborate with UX team to design intuitive scenario creation tools
• Prototype scenario concepts and validate designs before implementation
• Present scenarios to military stakeholders and gather feedback
