💼 About This Role

You'll lead consultative engagements advising clients on CMMC and NIST compliance, developing System Security Plans and other documentation. Your work will directly enhance the security posture of organizations navigating complex regulations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead IT system security consultation within CMMC and NIST frameworks
• Conduct gap analyses and advisory consulting projects independently
• Develop System Security Plans and supporting documentation for clients
• Mentor team members on audit preparation and technical reviews

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in government compliance (CMMC, FISMA, FedRAMP)
• CMMC certifications (CCP, CCA, or Lead CCA) required
• Strong familiarity with NIST Special Publications 800-series
• Experience with risk management frameworks and security assessments
