💼 About This Role

You'll manage client relationships and coordinate the end-to-end sales process, acting as a liaison between customers, external sellers, and internal teams. • Manage customer inquiries via phone, digital, and in-person channels.
• Track orders and client portfolio to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with external sales representatives on operational status.
• Handle claims and provide effective solutions to clients.
• Manage current accounts and assist with reconciliation.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in commercial roles, customer service, or inside sales.
• Proficiency with administrative tools like Excel and CRM systems.
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with logistics, finance, and sales departments.
