Description

You will lead strategic sourcing for custom silicon and semiconductors for the Starlink satellite constellation, managing supplier relationships and driving cost optimization to ensure supply continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of supply chain, production, or engineering experience
• 4+ years with advanced degree or 10+ years without degree
• 6+ years procurement experience in Custom Silicon and OSAT preferred
• Understanding of Silicon Foundry and OSAT supply chain
• Experience managing EVT, NPI, and MP processes preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier analysis and develop strategic sourcing plans for custom silicon and semiconductors
• Manage supply base with supplier stratification and documented playbook
• Evaluate suppliers on capability, quality, reliability, and price competitiveness
• Negotiate contracts including pricing, terms, and intellectual property
• Drive supplier quality improvements through scorecards and cross-functional coordination
