You'll serve as the primary technical steward for Omnidian's CRM ecosystem, leading the Agentforce strategy and architecting complex communication workflows. You'll oversee a blended team to maintain low technical debt and world-class architectural integrity. This role offers a chance to drive Agentforce AI integration and event-driven systems in a mission-driven renewable energy company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain architectural North Star for security and scalability.
• Lead global engineering team with architectural reviews and code standards.
• Direct CI/CD strategy using Copado or Gearset.
• Architect Service Cloud Voice and Omni-Channel communication stack.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of Salesforce expertise in high-growth environments.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect credential.
• Salesforce Certified System Architect credential.
• Expert-level knowledge of Pub/Sub API and Platform Events.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in professional OOP (Java, .NET, or Python).
