Description
You will serve as a data-focused strategic partner to leadership, driving initiatives that align people strategy with business goals while championing a culture of innovation and collaboration. Partner with senior leaders on talent, culture, and team effectiveness, analyze HR data to influence business decisions, and handle sensitive employee matters.
Requirements
- Experience in HR areas including employee relations, leadership advising, and performance management
- Ability to coach and counsel at all levels (C-suite to individual contributor)
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Thrives in fast-paced environment
- Experience with HR data analysis
Responsibilities
- Build trust and act as trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent and culture
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
