You will serve as a data-focused strategic partner to leadership, driving initiatives that align people strategy with business goals while championing a culture of innovation and collaboration. Partner with senior leaders on talent, culture, and team effectiveness, analyze HR data to influence business decisions, and handle sensitive employee matters.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR areas including employee relations, leadership advising, and performance management
  • Ability to coach and counsel at all levels (C-suite to individual contributor)
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Thrives in fast-paced environment
  • Experience with HR data analysis

Responsibilities

  • Build trust and act as trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent and culture
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
  • Champion initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and retention
