You'll join MongoDB's Technical Services team, solving complex challenges for our largest customers. Your core impact will be advising on architecture, performance, and security. The role offers deep expertise in the MongoDB ecosystem with a hybrid model in Bangalore or Gurugram.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve complex customer issues on MongoDB architecture and performance
• Advise on best practices for running MongoDB at scale
• Advocate for customer needs with product and development teams
• Contribute to internal tools for performance and diagnostics

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in systems or database administration
• Experience administering large-scale production environments
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills and desire to help people

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in one or more of Java, Python, Ruby, C++, JavaScript, Node.js, Go
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
