💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. Your core impact will be training new recruits and helping the team meet sales targets. You'll also assist with daily operations and use your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to merchandise product and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
