You'll design and build data pipelines for Machine Learning and BI at Midas, a fintech platform serving 3.5M users. You'll own decision models and data infrastructure to ensure >99% data accuracy and enable rapid experimentation. This role is at the core of a high-velocity engineering culture backed by an $80M Series B.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop data pipelines for ML and BI
• Build and maintain the semantic layer for analysis
• Implement monitoring and automated anomaly detection
• Document data processes and models for clarity

📋 Requirements

• SQL and Python for building data pipelines
• Experience with Airflow or similar orchestration tools
• Designing data models for causal inference and experimentation
• Version-controlled code with integrated data quality checks
