You'll lead complex employee relations cases and investigations for a hypergrowth healthcare startup supporting family caregivers. Your work ensures fair, consistent outcomes that protect both our HQ team and a diverse workforce of caregivers. You'll build scalable ER infrastructure that maintains our family-first promise as we expand nationwide.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end employee relations cases with empathy and precision.
  • Lead internal investigations into misconduct, harassment, and policy violations.
  • Coach managers on de-escalation and difficult conversations.
  • Architect ER policies and grievance frameworks for nationwide expansion.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • 3+ years dedicated to Employee Relations.
  • Experience supporting a diverse workforce (salaried, hourly, contractors).
  • Deep knowledge of federal and state employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA).

  • High-growth startup or complex healthcare organization experience.
  • Experience building ER processes from the ground up.
