You'll lead a team of 8-10 senior engineers on the Webshare product, a high-throughput proxy and data scraping platform handling 60PB+ monthly data traffic. Your core impact will be ensuring delivery, team health, and technical excellence in a hybrid-work environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage people: hiring, growth, performance, salary reviews.
• Own team delivery: prioritize features, tech debt, bug fixes.
• Remove impediments: cross-team dependencies, infra blockers.
• Ensure technical excellence: code review, testing, observability.

📋 Requirements

• Product sensibility: understands why, not just how.
• Technical background with experience in software engineering.
• Fluent English (international team).
• Comfortable with high-autonomy engineering cultures.
