🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own product vision and roadmap for the Hadron platform.
• Prioritize product initiatives and make go/no-go decisions on features.
• Translate institutional requirements into product specifications and tasks.
• Act as primary liaison between product, engineering, and external partners.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management including 3+ in digital assets or financial infrastructure.
• Proven experience delivering a tokenization or real-world asset product full lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of traditional financial market infrastructure (custody, clearing, settlement).
• Deep familiarity with blockchain ecosystems and token standards and their compliance implications.
