💼 About This Role

You'll act as the right-hand HR partner to the VP, coaching two advisors and leading occupational health and safety. You'll manage three sites with a hands-on, decision-making approach. On-site presence is required for the first three months, with up to two remote days per week after.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach two HR advisors on operational tasks.
• Lead occupational health and safety initiatives.
• Manage three sites including a unionized environment.
• Proactively identify issues and propose solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years of HR generalist experience.
• Experience in a SME environment with broad HR scope.
• Ability to work on-site in Boisbriand with travel to Montreal.
• Autonomy and decision-making skills.
