💼 About This Role

You'll join GreenTree Maintenance as a technician handling repairs and change orders for a property portfolio. Your work will directly impact resident satisfaction and property quality. You'll collaborate with skilled trades and use smart devices for daily reporting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform hands-on repairs and maintain portfolio cleanliness
• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance on electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.
• Communicate with team members, resident managers, and supervisor
• Conduct QA/QC inspections to prevent unsafe conditions

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician
• Knowledge of general plumbing and electrical systems
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
