💼 About This Role

You'll join Twilio's Global Phone Number Operations team to manage worldwide phone number inventory and ensure compliance with regulations. Your core impact will be protecting our supply chain and delivering on KPIs to meet customer demand. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage phone number supply to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying costs
• Ensure customer KYC submissions meet internal policies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with global phone number regulations
• Design and optimize processes for excellent customer experience

📋 Requirements

• Tech- and process-savvy with ability to build seamless operations
• Intermediate SQL proficiency for data-driven decisions
• Experience configuring and operating various systems and software
• Fluent in written and spoken Japanese
