As a Product Marketing Lead at Nubank, you'll define how we launch and grow our product in the US, shaping narrative, go-to-market strategy, and customer segmentation. You'll partner closely with Product and Growth teams, own key business outcomes, and drive high-impact launches in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Experienced Product Marketing professional with a track record of launches and GTM strategy
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycle, segments, and jobs-to-be-done
- Ability to turn research and data into crisp segmentation and actionable insights
- Skilled in cross-functional leadership and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong data-driven decision making and experimentation design
Responsibilities
- Own key US product marketing outcomes: awareness, engagement, adoption
- Turn company and product strategy into sharp positioning, segmentation, and GTM choices
- Own end-to-end product story and value prop across key touchpoints
- Lead messaging and GTM for major product and feature launches
- Design and run programs across in-app, email, push, SMS to drive acquisition and retention
