You will oversee all operational activities including process improvements, workflow automation, and team development. You will collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership and departments to ensure seamless integration of processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field
- 15+ years experience in leading operations management
- Proven track record of implementing automation technologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience in project management and change management
- Deep understanding of operations principles and practices
- Ability to travel approximately 5-10%
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term operational strategies
- Oversee assessment and redesign of workflows to incorporate automation technologies
- Work closely with IT, finance, HR, marketing and other departments
- Establish KPIs to measure effectiveness of automated workflows
- Develop and manage operational budget across all business units
- Build and mentor a high-performing operations team
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Take charge in high-priority crises
