💼 About This Role

You'll lead systems engineering for an augmented reality air combat training system, developing requirements, architectures, and interface models. Your work directly enables pilots to train in dynamic outdoor environments. This role offers a chance to shape cutting-edge defense technology from concept through integration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop, decompose, and manage system and subsystem requirements.
• Establish and maintain Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM).
• Author and manage Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
• Lead and support design milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, SVR).

📋 Requirements

• 8 to 12 years in aerospace, defense, or mission-critical system development.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM field.
• Proficiency with requirements management tools (development, decomposition, tracing, validation & verification).
• Experience with Interface Control Documents, trade studies, and formal design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR).

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related technical field.
• INCOSE ASEP or CSEP certification.
• Experience with AR/VR technologies or Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using SysML (Cameo, MagicDraw, Rhapsody).
