You'll support end-to-end recruiting for product, engineering, and business roles at A1. This hands-on role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to keep hiring moving smoothly. You'll gain real ownership and learn technical recruiting from a high-bar team.

  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens.
  • Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection.
  • Maintain candidate records in the ATS.

  • 0โ€“2 years of recruiting, HR, or coordination experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with Google Sheets/Excel and basic ATS systems.
