Description

You will own the product backlog and drive release planning for a healthcare SaaS product. You'll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into user stories and ensure timely delivery of features.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience with SaaS products in healthcare as a business analyst or similar
• 2+ years integrating third-party applications with Epic systems or configuring Epic
• Deep technical proficiency in SMART on FHIR, OAuth 2.0, Epic APIs
• Expertise in clinical workflow and integrating external apps with Epic Hyperspace
• Deep understanding of HL7 FHIR resources and mapping

Responsibilities

• Adopt and role model Agile behaviors and build inclusive team culture
• Drive collaboration across product, engineering, corporate development, and marketing
• Engage stakeholders to inform product and feature design and prioritize backlog
• Develop detailed business requirements and oversee product delivery through SDLC
• Perform validation and testing, including user acceptance testing
