You'll lead the mechanical engineering team developing advanced electromechanical products like the Pod and new sleep fitness devices. You'll drive the hardware roadmap from concept to high-volume production while managing a team of engineers. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead mechanical engineering across full development cycle
• Manage mechanical, soft goods, and prototype engineers
• Travel to Asia to ensure supplier delivery
• Shape hardware product roadmap with executives

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years developing complex electromechanical systems
• Track record launching products under aggressive timelines
• 2+ years managing mechanical and product design engineers
• Deep knowledge of injection molding, sensor integration, mechanism design

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in thermal engineering, fluid systems, actuators, soft goods
• Experience scaling products to high volume in Asia
• Expertise in DFM/DFA, tolerance analysis, GD&T
