Description

You will own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for enterprise and mid-market clients, focusing on retention, growth, and cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, and other teams to drive expansions and ensure seamless client experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years SaaS account sales experience
  • Proven success managing renewals and expanding accounts (SMB to Fortune 500)
  • Expertise in forecasting renewals and recurring revenue pipelines
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Ability to navigate legal and contractual discussions

Responsibilities

  • Own renewals, expansions (upsell/cross-sell), and recurring support programs
  • Maintain high client retention and ensure on-time renewals
  • Meet or exceed metrics: forecast accuracy, GRR, NRR, upsell, churn, contraction
  • Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities and mitigate client risk
  • Track and manage renewal/upsell forecasts weekly
