Description

As a Lot Attendant at Carvana, you'll maintain vehicle cleanliness and appearance at our Market Hubs, coordinating with team members to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction. This entry-level role offers performance-based pay increases every 90 days, starting at $15/hr.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent desirable
• 18 years of age and valid driver's license
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and carry up to 20 feet
• Comfortable standing, walking, stooping, and working outdoors in all weather

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum inventory regularly
• Complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and vendors
• Interact and communicate with team members and management
